Designing your perfect trip
We create your perfect trip based on your learning objectives and budget.
2 . Launching your trip within your school
We provide all the tools and materials you'll need to promote the trip & ensure sign-up's: presentation with pictures, detailed itinerary, FAQ's.
3 . Trip booking
Once your trip is confirmed and booked with us (deposit payment), we support you to fine-tune all the tiny details & send you all the final information ahead of your departure. We also offer fun educational games depending on your destination, to start engaging about your upcoming trip with your students !
4 . During your trip
Wether you booked a private guide with us or not, we are available 24h/7 to support you throughout your trip (direct number of itinerary coordinator provided ahead of the trip).
5 . After your trip
You are now part of the Weducate network. You can become a trip ambassador with our loyalty scheme : refer another teacher to us and you'll both save thousands on your next trips !
